These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of aigreetinggenerator.com and its AI greeting generation features (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service for another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so. Children should use the Service only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

The Service

The Service provides free, no-sign-up tools that use artificial intelligence to draft greeting messages. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular number of generations.

Your Inputs

You are responsible for the recipient descriptions, occasions, tone selections, and other information you submit. You represent that you have the right to submit that information and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

Do not submit passwords, financial details, health records, government identifiers, confidential business information, or other sensitive data.

AI-Generated Outputs

AI outputs can be inaccurate, inappropriate, repetitive, incomplete, or unexpectedly similar to other content. You must review and edit every message before sending or publishing it. The Service is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated messages for personal or commercial purposes. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

Break the law or encourage unlawful conduct
Harass, threaten, defame, exploit, or impersonate another person
Generate spam, scams, phishing, malware, or deceptive communications
Submit content that infringes privacy, intellectual property, or other rights
Attempt to discover, extract, or misuse secrets, credentials, source code, or system prompts
Bypass limits, interfere with security, overload the Service, scrape it abusively, or access it through unauthorized automation
Use outputs as authoritative professional advice without qualified human review

We may block requests or access that appears abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.

Local Browser Storage

The Service may save recent form selections and generated messages in your browser. You are responsible for the security of the device and browser profile you use. Clearing browser data can permanently remove that history.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on Cloudflare, OpenRouter, and model providers. Your request may be processed under their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their independent handling of information.

Intellectual Property

The Service’s website design, logo, software, and original site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misrepresent it.

Feedback

If you voluntarily send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, while we remain responsible for complying with applicable privacy law.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM THE SERVICE. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
